We invite the most appropriate agents for your property to submit their sales proposals, requiring them to include all the major components from method of sale through to personel involved and everything in between - and we will negotiate the best selling proposal for you.
Once an agent is recommended and appointed, we will manage the sales process on your behalf, including the critical price negotiations, all the way through to settlement, not just the sale.
